She assisted me with every step of the booking process, cheerfully responded to all of my questions, and even made wise recommendations that enabled me to select the most practical flight and amenities. I felt respected and appreciated because of the team’s sincere concern and customer-first mentality.
Their ability to accommodate a last-minute alteration in my itinerary and their quick response were what most impressed me. Notwithstanding the short notice, they managed the request with ease and ensured that everything was verified without incident.
