    I am going to Dubai soon too, but I have no problems with money or wallets, so I’d rather focus on self-care, as originally suggested by the topic starter. I spent much of my time working in Norway, so not much exposure to the sun, as you can guess. So now I have a lack of vitamin D, and due to the nature of my work, I have an overall imbalance of vitamins. I plan to visit a clinic in Dubai for IV vitamins therapy and some tests.
