I had the opportunity to speak with the Turkish Airlines Newark Office recently with my family, and it was an absolutely remarkable experience. We felt at ease right away because of the kind smiles and professional demeanor we encountered as soon as we entered the office.
Since we were organizing a long-awaited family vacation to Istanbul, we naturally had some queries and worries about dining preferences, seating configurations, and ticketing. Our requests were carefully considered and every detail was handled with care by the very patient staff at the Newark Office. We would especially like to thank the woman that helped us; she was pleasant, informed, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order.
We were particularly amazed by how well they managed a last-minute alteration brought on by a family member’s medical issue. They not only assisted us in changing the dates of our trip, but they also made sure that all rebooking costs were kept to a minimum, demonstrating a remarkable degree of sensitivity.
