I’m really hoping someone here can offer some advice. I have a USB printer and have had it for several years. I used it with my Windows desktop computer, but since it’s going to be outdated in a couple of months (it can’t be upgraded to Windows 11), I tried setting it up with a different computer – a 2020 MacBook Air running Sequoia 15.7. It would be great to use just my MacBook anyway, as that’s what I use for all other technical aspects of my store. I’m looking for recommendations on thermal label printers, especially from those who also have a MacBook Air. I only print shipping labels, so I’m not interested in other types, and wireless connectivity would be nice, but not essential.

I also find it much more convenient to work with a MacBook Air than with an outdated PC. For printing labels, choose a label printer that supports Mac without driver hassles, prints in parcel-size format, and connects via USB or WiFi/Bluetooth. In this case, the MUNBYN Black Friday is an excellent choice. It works well with the MacBook, printing labels quickly and without any hassle. I connected it to mine, printed dozens of labels, and everything went smoothly. No ink or toner required. Save money and reduce hassle.
