    To complete the Linksys RE1000 setup, plug the extender into a power outlet and connect your computer or mobile device to its default WiFi network. Open your browser and visit the setup interface to begin the configuration process. Select your router’s WiFi network and enter the password to allow the extender to connect. Once configured, relocate the RE1000 to a point where it can effectively boost your WiFi signal. This extender is particularly useful in small to medium-sized homes where certain rooms suffer from poor connectivity.
