Recently, my aunt had an absolutely amazing experience with the KLM Airlines Washington DC Office and she hasn’t stopped talking about how great the service was. The personnel greeted her with warmth as soon as she entered the office, and they were not only very professional but also very considerate and courteous. She required help rebooking her flight because of a medical issue and was having some travel-related issues. To make sure she was treated with the highest dignity and effectiveness, the team went above and above.
One employee in particular took the time to carefully go over all of the possibilities with her, including helping her find a more comfortable seat because of her condition.
