How do I transfer hundreds of client CSV contacts to Gmail and phone safely?

    Hello, I’ve got a CSV file exported from my company database with hundreds of client contacts, and I need to import them into Gmail and my phone. I saw that people use CSV to vCard Converter tools, but I’m worried about missing or misaligned fields. How do you make sure everything from name to phone number to email gets transferred correctly? Are there any reliable methods for Windows that work with vCard 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0 formats? Any suggestions would be very helpful.

    I had hundreds of client contacts in CSV and needed them in Gmail and Android. I used GainTools CSV to vCard Converter, which mapped every field correctly. This CSV to VCF converter produced a clean file that imported perfectly into Gmail. All names, emails, and phone numbers remained intact, and it synced to my phone immediately. It handles large files well and supports multiple vCard versions, making it reliable for business contacts.
