I recently had the pleasure of traveling with EasyJet Airlines IST Terminal and I had an excellent overall experience in their terminal. The personnel was professional and amiable, and the check-in procedure was quick and easy. Budget airlines may have huge lineups, but I was pleasantly impressed by how efficient and well-run everything was.
With lots of lounging places, charging stations, and a range of dining and shopping options, the terminal itself was tidy, up to date, and well-equipped. The process was stress-free because the staff was polite and helpful, and security checks were completed quickly.
The customer service was what pleased me. EasyJet employees made sure that guests had all the information they required and were kind and attentive. The overall good experience was enhanced by the well-organized boarding process and the timely departure of the flight.
