    So we finally took the plunge and bought a little off-grid place in Quebec. The existing roof is… let’s call it “vintage.” We’re set on a metal roof for its longevity and snow-shedding ability, but finding a trustworthy installer for a remote-ish project feels daunting. Anyone in Canada have a stellar experience with a company that does careful, quality work on cabins or unique properties? I want this to be the last roof this place ever needs.
