My experience flying with Avelo Airlines RDM Terminal out of Redmond Municipal Airport was incredibly smooth and pleasant. RDM is a small, regional airport, which made the entire process feel relaxed and hassle-free. I arrived about an hour and a half before my flight, and parking was easy and close to the terminal. Inside, the Avelo check-in counter was easy to locate, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Check-in was quick, with no long lines or delays. Security was also fast, and I was through in minutes. The terminal itself was clean and quiet, with comfortable seating and a calm atmosphere—so different from the hustle and bustle of larger airports. There were a few small shops and a café, which made grabbing a coffee while I waited easy and convenient.
Boarding was timely and well-organized. Avelo’s crew members were professional and kind, making sure everyone felt at ease. The flight left on time, and the entire boarding process felt smooth and efficient. Overall, my experience with Avelo at RDM was excellent. From the friendly staff to the peaceful terminal environment, everything about my departure felt easy and enjoyable. I’d definitely choose to fly Avelo from RDM again.
