    I am making a mod for a video game and I need to generate voice lines for the NPCs. I need something that sounds emotional, not robotic. Where can I find the latest text-to-speech tools?

    TTS has improved massively in the last six months. You can get near-human emotion now. Look at the “Audio” category on https://aidude.info/tools They list all the top voice generation platforms like ElevenLabs and their competitors. You can listen to samples on the tools’ sites, but the directory is the best place to find the list of candidates to test.

    I will check the audio category. Emotional range is key for this mod so I need to test a few.
