9 Air Osaka Office in Japan?

I’m thinking of visiting the 9 Air Osaka Office in Japan to handle a few ticket changes and have some questions about my flight. Has anyone been there recently? I’d like to know if the staff are quick and helpful, and whether the office tends to get busy at certain times. Any advice or experiences to make the visit easier would be appreciated.
