If a Saturday falls on the fifth day of the Waxing / Waning Moon, it is said to be a Saoha day. Saoha happens only twice or thrice a year. If a Saoha Day falls in May, it is optimal. Thais believe that Saturday is a powerful day, especially for Klaew Klard. Thus carrying out consecration on Saoha will increase the efficacy of the amulet.
