I love the idea of sharing Friday blessings! For me, it’s become a small ritual of reflection and gratitude. I usually take a few minutes on Friday evening to jot down three things I’m thankful for from the week, and then I try to do one kind act for someone else, even something simple like sending a message of encouragement. Practicing Friday blessings in this way really helps me feel grounded and appreciate the little joys around me.
Sometimes I also light a candle or play calming music, and I’ve found this spreads positivity to friends and family as well.
