    Hello everyone,

    I’m planning a handfasting ceremony and celebration for our community in the Sarasota/Tampa Bay area next year, and we’re currently looking for a caterer who can provide a wonderful feast that feels special and fitting for the occasion.

    I’ve been researching and came across Royal Flamingo Catering. They seem to offer full-service, seasonal menus which sounds great.

    I wanted to ask here first—has anyone in our community had any direct experience with them? I’m particularly interested in:

    Their flexibility with menu options (especially for dietary needs common in our groups).

    The professionalism and attitude of their staff during spiritual or non-traditional events.

    Overall quality and presentation of the food.

    If you’ve used them for a sabbat, handfasting, or any other gathering, I would be so grateful to hear about your experience. Alternatively, if you have other caterers in the area that you’ve had an excellent magical experience with, please feel free to recommend them!
