One Month Update (Routine & Adaptation)
One month in, small but important update.
The biggest change is that it’s now part of my routine. I usually wear it 2–4 hours a day, broken into sessions. The vacuum system feels much more natural now — no slipping, no constant adjustments.
No dramatic changes yet, but I do notice better flaccid hang and less retraction during the day. That alone gives some confidence that traction is doing something.
Key lesson so far: consistency matters more than force. I keep tension moderate and focus on time.
