InactiveHi everyone,
I decided to start this thread because when I was researching traction devices, most reviews felt either too promotional or too negative. I wanted something more real and ongoing.I’m in my late 30s, not chasing anything extreme — just gradual improvement and better confidence. I looked at a lot of options before choosing Phallosan Forte, mainly because of the vacuum system and the ability to wear it for longer periods without rods.
I’ll use this thread to share real updates over time, not just first impressions.
If anyone is considering the same path, maybe this helps. This is the device I’m using Phallosan Forte Combi
I’ll post my first impressions after the first few weeks.

InactiveFirst Impressions (Week 1–2)
Quick update after the first couple of weeks.
What surprised me most is comfort. I honestly expected soreness or skin issues, but once I learned how to set the vacuum correctly, it became very manageable. No rods, no straps digging into the hips — that was a big plus for me.
I mostly wear it at home and sometimes while working on my laptop. Definitely not something I’d wear outside yet, but for indoor use it’s fine.
Still too early to talk about results, but so far it feels like something I can realistically stick with long-term.
For anyone asking which one I use, it’s this one – Phallosan Forte Combi Offer(Plus+)
Next update after the first month.January 17, 2026 at 4:08 pm #166410Anonymous
InactiveOne Month Update (Routine & Adaptation)
One month in, small but important update.
The biggest change is that it’s now part of my routine. I usually wear it 2–4 hours a day, broken into sessions. The vacuum system feels much more natural now — no slipping, no constant adjustments.
No dramatic changes yet, but I do notice better flaccid hang and less retraction during the day. That alone gives some confidence that traction is doing something.
Key lesson so far: consistency matters more than force. I keep tension moderate and focus on time.
Device for reference – Phallosan Forte(belt+rod system)
I’ll check back again after 2–3 months.

InactiveComfort vs Other Devices (Honest Comparison)
I want to touch on something that might help others.
Before Phallosan Forte, I seriously considered rod-based extenders. After reading dozens of posts about pinching, numbness, and discomfort, I realized I probably wouldn’t stay consistent with rods.
That’s where Phallosan stands out for me — the vacuum bell distributes pressure evenly, and I don’t feel like I’m “fighting” the device.
Is it perfect? No. You need to learn how to apply it correctly, and the first week is a learning curve. But once dialed in, it’s much easier to maintain daily use.
This is the model I’m referring to – Phallosan Forte(Combi)
Next update will be about results, not just comfort.

InactiveVisible Changes (Around Month 3)
Time for a more meaningful update.
At around the 3-month mark, I started noticing measurable changes. Nothing crazy, but definitely real. Slight increase in stretched length and a more relaxed appearance overall.
What I like is that the progress feels gradual and stable, not like temporary swelling. I’m not measuring every day — once every few weeks is enough to stay sane.
Also worth mentioning: no injuries, no skin damage, which was one of my biggest concerns before starting.
Still using the same setup: Phallosan Forte and Plus+
I’ll continue updating — long-term consistency is the real test.

InactiveWho I Think This Is (and Isn’t) For
After several months, here’s my honest take.
Phallosan Forte is not for people looking for fast, extreme results in a few weeks. If that’s the expectation, disappointment is guaranteed.
But if you’re patient, disciplined, and value comfort enough to stay consistent, this system makes a lot of sense. For me, the ability to wear it for longer periods safely is the biggest advantage.
I’ll keep going and updating this thread as time passes.
For those asking privately, this is the exact product: Phallosan Forte Combi + free 4 condom sleeves(worth $100)
Hope this helps someone who’s currently where I was months ago.
