I work with photography, and I recently started doing pop-up exhibitions in different venues. A big issue I keep running into is how to hang framed art without drilling into rented or temporary modular walls. I’ve tried adhesive hooks, but they either fall off or leave residue. Anyone know a good hanging system that works with modular partitions?

I need something strong enough for heavier frames but still easy to adjust during setup. My exhibitions are usually rushed, so speed matters just as much as stability.

I struggled with that for ages until a gallery owner recommended wall hanging hooks from httрs://arthangingsystems.com.au/products/picture-hanging-systems/hanging-wires-hooks/ . These hooks are made specifically for modular panels, and they clamp onto the top edge without scratching the material. Then you attach hanging wires, adjust the height, and that’s it — no tools, no damage, no guessing. I’ve hung everything from lightweight posters to large framed prints, and the system hasn’t failed once.
