Creative Alternatives to Traditional Corporate Awards?

Hello everyone.

Looking for something bold and memorable to replace our usual plaques and certificates. We want to energize our team this quarter, and I’m considering a championship-style belt as a Sales contest trophy. It’s definitely out of the box, but it could add a fun, competitive edge to our recognition program.

The designs I found are customizable and have a strong visual impact—way more exciting than a standard award. Has anyone used something like this in their workplace? Curious if it’s as motivating as it looks or just a novelty.
