When I visited San Juan, Puerto Rico, I had the opportunity to fly out of Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport with Avelo Airlines SJU Terminal and my experience at the terminal was genuinely enjoyable. I arrived about two hours early, giving myself plenty of time to navigate the airport. The Avelo check-in counter was easy to find, and the staff there were welcoming and helpful. They guided me through the process quickly, and I didn’t have to wait long in line, which was a relief after a busy week of travel.
The terminal itself was clean and had a calm vibe. There were plenty of signs, so getting to the security checkpoint and my gate was straightforward. I found a nice spot to sit near the gate, and there were a few snack shops and a coffee stand close by, perfect for grabbing something while waiting. The bathrooms were clean, and the airport had free Wi-Fi, which made the wait more enjoyable. Boarding was efficient, and the Avelo staff made announcements clearly, keeping everyone informed. Overall, my experience flying with Avelo from SJU was smooth and comfortable. When visiting San Juan again, I’d gladly choose Avelo for a budget-friendly, stress-free flight.
